HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?

The Attis Built Program is an annual TRAINING program. It’s all encompassing and community driven. It uses exercises in every plane of motion. You will be running, jumping, twisting, lifting, climbing, rowing, etc. We use traditional and unorthodox exercises to achieve this high level of fitness. You’re not blasting individual muscle groups only to feel like a frail wet noodle. You’re using your power, coordination, and your strength to work together like a machine. Everyone has one goal, be a champion.

Community

We believe in building a tight-knit community with the same ambition of crushing their goals/dreams. A community that works together to pick each other up and piece one another together.
